Yes, if you will upload e-books relevant to civil service (as given by some user above), this will allow odia students to appear the exam in odia language, they will not suffer by choosing English language. After all mother tongue re hi Jane bahut proficient thae na. Bahut bhala huanta ଏଡମିନ୍ ମହାଶୟ।
